Know before you plan

• Best for: dental, orthopedic, cosmetic, screening, and any care with a long recovery tail where housing costs dominate.
• For rare-subspecialty surgery, Bangkok's flagship depth sometimes wins — we say so when it does, then fly you back here to recover where it's cheap and quiet.
• Burning season (roughly Feb–Apr): air quality gets genuinely bad. If you have respiratory anything, we schedule around it — straight talk over occupancy.
