Defiant runs on trust and precision. When we put an American patient in front of a Thai doctor, the translation is the care — a mistranslated dose or a softened "no" is a real-world harm. So we hire like it matters.

What we're looking for

• Thai ↔ English, genuinely fluent both ways — not "good enough," excellent.

Medical and clinic vocabulary, or the appetite to master it fast.

• Composure and warmth. You'll interpret in clinics, on calls, over LINE, and

sometimes in hard moments. Sweet, sincere, unflappable.

• Discretion as a reflex. You will hear private things and forget them on cue.

The deal

• We pay well — above the going rate, because we hire above the going bar.
• Clients tip, often generously, when you make a scary day easy.
• Contract / per-engagement to start, with steady work for the people who prove

themselves. Remote coordination + in-person Chiang Mai clinic work.

Confidentiality

You sign a binding Thai oath of privacy / NDA before any client contact. To be clear and straight: we are not a HIPAA-covered entity and HIPAA is not required — our standard is the Thai confidentiality agreement, and we enforce it.
